General Returns
Since we offer free worldwide shipping, if you wish to return a product for a reason other than damage or defect, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Return requests can be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or is missing its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or has a defect, the customer does not need to cover any shipping cost. In this case, the customer can choose to receive a new product completely free of charge, or opt for a full refund.
